Adria - Two patrol boats to help the fight against illegal immigration were delivered to the Tunisian government at Adria (Rovigo). The two patrol boats, Vittoria P210 and Vittoria P350, built by the italian shipyard Cantiere Navale Vittoria, are the last of a fleet of twelve units commissioned by the italian Interior Ministry.

The order was the result of a cross-border cooperation agreement to stem the flow of illegal migrants, signed by Italy and Tunisia four years ago. The two vessels cost the italian state just over €14 million, thanks to a 30% mark down by the shipyard to lighten the load on the state treasury. They will be put to use by the Navy and the Tunisian National Guard, respectively.
