Premuda now belongs to PS Navi (Pillarstone)

Genova - Pillarstone Italy, the financial platform that belongs to the American fund KKR Credit, has become - through the newly constituted company PS Navi Spa - the sole shareholder in the Italian shipping company Premuda.

On Monday, PS Navi completed the subscription of about 14.5 million shares in the company, for a total value of €7.2 million including the premium reserved from the capital increase which the shareholder’s meeting decided upon at the end of last month.
