Davide Falteri is the new president of Federlogistica, succeeding Luigi Merlo, who led the Federation of logistics operators since its foundation and for six years. The handover, marked by continuity, was made official yesterday at the end of the Federation's assembly. Falteri, already national vice president and president of the Federation in Liguria, boasts solid experience in the sector.

An innovative entrepreneur in the field of strategic development and institutional relations, Davide Falteri founded the Global Consortium in Genoa, an aggregation of companies operating in transport, logistics, and shipping on a national scale, with the aim of supporting the growth and modernization of the system.

"I take on this presidency," declared the new head of Federlogistica, "at a crucial moment for the entire logistics chain, on the eve of significant transformations that require forward-looking management. Federlogistica is called to face old and new challenges, finally in an Italian economic and political context that has recognized the strategic role of logistics as an essential tool for competitiveness."
