Grimaldi, daily service between Savona and Barcelona

Naples - Savona and Barcelona are even closer now thanks to Grimaldi, who will launch a new service in the Northern Mediterranean with Florencia. The added service, leaving Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at 11:59 PM, with the assistance of Marittima Spedizioni, will increase the service from three weekly links (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) to a daily service.

Departures from Barcelona to Savona will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, at 11:59 PM, arriving the next day in Savona at 6:00 PM. The major innovation is that besides the increased frequency, the new unit will extend the service to passenger transportation. The link between Savona and Barcelona is currently served three times a week, by two modern Eurocargo-class RO/RO ships for the transportation of cars, vans, lorries, and semi-trailers.
