Caronte&Tourist presents Catania-Napoli route

Naples - The Caronte and Tourist company, that 50 years ago launched the private ferry service with personnel and equipment over the Messina Straits, has opened a new route between Catania and Napoli together with TTT Lines, after acquiring two-thirds of TTT shares.

Meanwhile, the Messina company confirmed they have commissioned an Italian shipyard to construct a new ship to navigate the Strait which will be added to the fleet of 12 ships already in operation.
