Finnlines lengthens four ships

Naples - Finnlines, a Grimaldi Group company, will invest €70 million in a lengthening programme on four of its ships. The company, which currently employs twenty Ro-Ro units, has signed an agreement with the Remontowa shipyard that will perform the work at its Gdansk location.

The project will begin in September and conclude in May 2018: the ships will be lengthened, increasing their capacity by an extra one thousand linear metres. In the agreement signed there is an option for two more units.
