Saudi shipyard International Maritime Industries (IMI) is entering into a long-term agreement with Bahri Logistics to enhance its supply chain through the provision of warehousing and logistics services. The agreement means that Bahri Logistics will operate and manage three warehouses, that will cover a combined area of around 30,000 m2, and a total of 33 stores across the Ras Al Khair site

Dammam – Saudi shipyard International Maritime Industries (IMI) is entering into a long-term agreement with Bahri Logistics to enhance its supply chain through the provision of warehousing and logistics services. The agreement means that Bahri Logistics will operate and manage three warehouses, that will cover a combined area of around 30,000 m2, and a total of 33 stores across the Ras Al Khair site.

In addition, it will handle the transportation of materials required for newbuild and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations from local and international suppliers to IMI’s premises, including inland transportation and customs clearance. IMI, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco, Bahri, Lamprell and HHI, will be the largest shipyard in the Middle East region. The company will offer shipbuilding and repair and maintenance services for a wide range of vessel types, including VLCCs, bulk carriers, offshore support vessels, and jackup rigs.
