Fincantieri, new contract for Vard

Trieste - Vard has secured a contract for the construction of a Research Expedition Vessel for Norwegian firm Rosellinis Four-10. The company is owned by the industrialist Kjell Inge Røkke and his family. The vessel is expected to enter service by 2020. The hull will be built in Tulcea, Romania, and will be completed at Brattvaag shipyards, in Norway.
