Naples - In the first six months of the year, the port of Naples has enjoyed bustling container traffic amounting to 232,123 TEU, with an increase of 10.9% compared to 209,390 TEU handled in the first half of last year.
Naples - In the first six months of the year, the port of Naples has enjoyed bustling container traffic amounting to 232,123 TEU, with an increase of 10.9% compared to 209,390 TEU handled in the first half of last year. Container landings totalled 123,735, up by 20% in the first half of 2014, while container departures increased by 1.9% to 108,388 TEU. In the first six months of 2015 fully loaded containers totalled 168,016 TEU (+4.0%) and empty containers 64,107 TEU (+34.1%).
